Returns and exchanges

For apparel and merchandise we will accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at [email protected] to begin the exchange process.

If a product is defective, we are happy to issue exchanges or refunds. We must be notified of damaged products within 7 days of delivery, after which returns cannot be processed. Note that to be eligible for a return, hair products must not have been brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle, worn or processed in any way. We reserve the right to refuse a sale if there are signs that the product has been used.

If you’d like to return a product, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. If your product is unwanted, you’ll be responsible for any shipping costs. We require a delivery tracking number for all returns of unwanted products and cannot be held liable for returns lost in the mail. If a product is defective, we will send you a prepaid package to allow you to return the items. All returns must be completed within 7 days of delivery.

Please allow 5 days for us to process your returns.


After order is verified generally shipping takes about 3-5 business days for delivery this can vary with our Vietnamese which is 5-6 business days. If your address is unconfirmed we will email you to verify your address to ensure accurate delivery. ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR. In the event that your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts and comes back to us, we will notify you via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday. We strongly suggest not booking a hair appointment until you have received your order as things due happen unexpectedly with the post office.
